Ted Cruz, Texas senator and former presidential hopeful, will have a one-on-one conversation with Evan Smith, the CEO of the Texas Tribune at the Texas Tribune Festival on Saturday. Cruz did not endorse Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump at the Republican National Convention this summer, but officially endorsed Trump Friday afternoon.
