    Remembering 9/11

    In honor of 9/11, the New York Times released a series of videos named “Remembering 9/11.” The videos feature The Tribute in Lights, the completion of the Flight 93 Memorial in Pennsylvania and a letter that fell from the plane.

    Petition to save Hole in the Wall

    Located on The Drag since 1974, Austin's iconic Hole in the Wall's 10-year lease will be up for renewal in January 2016 and with a possible increase in rent, the venue's future is uncertain. Journalism professor Wanda Cash created a Change.org petition to save Hole in the Wall from closing down by making it a culturally significant landmark.

    Re-make of music video for “Put ‘em Up”

    On Monday, electrical engineering freshman Ben Sklar released his own music video for the recently viral UT-themed song “Put ‘em Up.” Be sure to watch the whole way through.

    “Where the hell is Matt?” video

    In 2003, video game designer Matt Harding traveled around Southeast Asia. Along the way, he and his friend decided to make a video of Harding doing a silly dance in the different places they visited and upload it to their blog. Then in 2005, the video went viral. In 2012, Harding released another video of his dancing travels but that time, he included the people he met along the way. Watch as Harding dances with a tribe in Zimbabwe, couples in Israel, children in Thailand and more.
