Former Texas and NFL quarterback Vince Young was arrested for driving while intoxicated in Fort Bend County early Monday morning.

Young was arrested at 4:31 a.m. in Missouri City, Texas, and released on $500 bail later that day, a tweet from the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office confirmed. The arrest is his second for drunk driving in three years.

In January of 2016, Young was arrested in Austin for the same offense. He served 18 months of probation for the crime.

Young began working for the University of Texas in 2014, serving as a Neighborhood Longhorns development officer. UT spokesperson J.B. Bird told The Daily Texan that the University just learned of the arrest and is currently gathering information, adding that they “expect our employees to behave appropriately and lawfully, both on and off campus.”

Young, widely considered one of the greatest players in school history, led Texas to a national championship in 2005 — the school’s first in nearly 35 years. He was subsequently drafted by the Tennessee Titans as the third overall pick in the 2006 NFL draft. Young also earned Offensive Rookie of the Year honors and made two Pro Bowls during his professional career.
