Longhorn Run Running Coach Anthony Ferraro demonstrates to interested students how to prepare for the upcoming Longhorn Run by lunging across the room on Monday night at Gregory Gym. Featuring a 5K and a 10K varient, Ferraro also featured a recommended workout plan to properly condition students attempting to complete the run.
