Texas’ 2012 football recruiting class added another Under Armour All-American as DeSoto High School offensive guard Curtis Riser was named to the team Monday.
Riser joins nine other future Longhorns on the list, including running back Johnathan Gray, quarterback Connor Brewer, and Austin High School wide receiver Cayleb Jones. The Under Armour game, held in Florida last year, is reserved for the nation’s top players, and has become an annual showcase of the nation’s top recruits. Texas quarterback Garrett Gilbert is a notable former UA-All American.
