Over 100 people gather on South Lawn, chanting for the end of occupation in Palestine. Organizers include the Palestine Solidarity Committee, the Texas Young Active Labor Leaders, Faculty and Staff for Justice for Palestine and members from Underpaid@UT. Protesters pass out fliers calling for the “end of genocide and the complicity of universities and the U.S. government in it.” UTPD, APD and state troopers gather on 21st Street at the end of the lawn.
