The Texas women’s basketball team’s next exhibition game will take them a thousand miles from home.
A 10-day trip to Europe for some summertime basketball and sightseeing begins Aug. 5 when the Longhorns fly to Frankfurt, Germany. In Europe, they’ll travel to Prague, Czech Republic, for games against Hradec Kralove, Strakonice and Karlovy Vary. After a couple of days off, Texas will head to Vienna, Austria, to take on Herzogenburg.
The trip is not all business though. The Longhorns will also get to take in historical sights such as the Prague Castle, Moser Glass Factory and St. Stephen’s Cathedral.
