I did not pick up the paper Thursday and I do not read your publication, but I did hear from several co-workers about the front-page article regarding the cost of Garrett Gilbert’s jersey at the Co-op and saw the story’s photo and headline.
The article, regardless of its placement in the newspaper, is embarrassing for many UT supporters, myself included. I’m sure I don’t need to continue — you understand my point. The article was distasteful and certainly not worthy of front page news in his own school’s newspaper.
Simply embarrassing.
