Update (7:00 p.m.): This afternoon, President Barack Obama flew into town for the day. After stopping at Torchy’s Tacos for some “bipartisan” tacos, he became the first sitting President to attend SXSW, where he gave the Interactive keynote address. He urged attendees to help improve civic engagement by strengthening the relationship between the government and private-sector tech companies.

Update (1:05 p.m.): It’s day one of SXSW and President Barack Obama is already turning Austin upside down. Check out this map from the City of Austin to keep up with road closures and get where you’re going on time.
