Former First Lady and adopted mother of Texas Barbara Bush died tonight at the age of 92. The matriarch of a political dynasty served as FLOTUS from 1989 to 1993. Her foundation, Barbara Bush Foundation for Family Literac, raised millions of dollars for afterschool programs, scholarships, mentor programs and supporting local libraries.
