Texas brought Ewers back in for the second and did not disappoint leading the Longhorns down the field and throwing a two yard pass to wide receiver Isaiah Bond for the first Texas touchdown followed by a successful two-point conversion also secured by Bond.

Half time recap: Texas now trails Georgia 23-0 with only 38 total yards to the Bulldog’s 170. After putting in backup redshirt freshman quarterback Arch Manning in to replace Ewers with only five minutes left in the half, the offense looked better, but still not performing like they high level team they are supposed to be.

Geogia’s running back Trevor Etienne rushed two yards to the grab the first touchdown of the game 7-0. This is the most Texas has ever trailed by this season.
