Part-time leasing agent needed at the Promesa Apartments located at 9415 McNeil Drive, Austin, TX 78750.

Saturdays 10am-5pm are required. Additional hours available Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and can work around schedule.

Duties include greeting and assisting in leasing office, answering phones, recording work orders, touring apartments/community with prospects, following up with all prospects via email, text or phone, assisting with online applications and processing app, filling out lease, communicating with residents, updating software with traffic, posting to social media, package assistance and other duties assigned

Hourly rate is $17-$20/hour plus new lease commissions.
