Longhorns returned to Austin for the first week of classes of the Fall '22 semester.

Students gathered at Gone To Texas in front of UT Tower and on the East Mall on Wednesday, Aug 24. Gone To Texas is an annual event that celebrates incoming students.  

Denver, Colorado-based band The Lumineers performed at the Moody Center on Aug. 20, 2022.

The Austin Kite Festival returned and welcomed over 40,000 people to Zilker Park on April 3, 2022.    

While classes were canceled on Thursday, Feb. 3, due to a winter storm,  some UT students took advantage of frost covered campus.
