2) Tune in tomorrow, Oct. 16 at 8 p.m. for the second presidential debate of this election season. President Barack Obama and Republican nominee Mitt Romney will address the topics of foreign and domestic policy in a town hall meeting format.
3) Tomorrow, Hays County commissioners are expected to discuss their practice of opening meetings with a prayer. The court has been criticized for potentially violating the First Amendment’s separation of church and state with their invocation of Jesus Christ in opening prayers.
