Strauss Center for International Security and Law presents “The Revolution in Military Affairs: How Organizations, Operational Concepts and Technology Are Transforming the Way Militaries and Businesses Conduct Warfare.” The lecture will be presented by Jaymie Durnan, the senior adviser to the acting assistant secretary of defense for research and engineering.
