Recently, The Texas Tribune uncovered an open records request made on June 6 by Regent Wallace Hall directed at the office of President William Powers Jr. The extensive request called for “any and all emails, attachments to emails, documents, notes, post-it notes” and “memoranda” that had been exchanged between Powers and a list of individuals that included all current and former members of the state and national legislatures, along with Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst and the trustees of the controversial School of Law foundation, since Jan. 1, 2009. In the spirit of helping Regent Hall as he begins to shuffle through the many documents he’s requested, The Daily Texan has taken a guess at some of the riveting post-it notes Regent Hall might uncover in his search.
