The NCAA has said that it can’t prove that Texas A&M University quarterback Johnny Manziel was paid thousands of dollars for signing autographs. Consequently, he’s been suspended for only half a game. Maybe they should have just required him to wear a dunce hat and called it a day?
Horns Up: Fast food workers on strike
Fast food workers in Austin, Dallas, Houston and dozens of other cities across the country are organizing a strike today to lobby for a raised minimum wage. With the current minimum wage set at $7.25 an hour, we believe it’s high time workers started the discussion about how, exactly, such a wage can support a single person, let alone a family. Consequently, we’re more than willing to forgo those fries and support the cause.

As new students swarmed campus for the first day of class, the incoming freshmen began to crowd more than classrooms: Briggo, the friendly coffee-making robot in the FAC, at one point had a queue that kept customers waiting for over 20 minutes.
