Increasing student diversity on college continues to be a growing concern for Texans. Last year, the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board presented 60X30TX, a plan that would increase the number of people between 25-34 with college degrees to 60 percent by 2030. The plan suggests targeting minority groups as those population continue to grow.
