In honor of the Supreme Court’s legalization of gay marriage, Austinites should have no trouble finding a place to celebrate this weekend. Here is a list of marriage ceremonies, parties and rallies happening around the city.
What: Same-sex marriage conductions
Where: Metropolitan Community Church of Austin, 8601 S. First St.
When: All day Friday
In the past, the church has performed numerous holy union ceremonies for LGBT couples. Today, they are prepared to begin conducting same-sex marriages for all couples who present valid marriage licenses. They will have officiants on hand for 24 hours after the Supreme Court ruling and for extended daytime and evening hours. Couple who wish to set up a time should call ahead or send an email.

Where: Faith Presbyterian Church, 1314 E. Oltorf St.
When: All day Friday
This all-inclusive church has a pastor waiting on stand-by to perform marriages with “no strings,” “no waiting period” and “no hoops” for any same-sex couples with their license.

What: Grab your Flag and Let's Party
Where: Live Oak Unitarian Universalist Church, 3315 El Salido Pkwy, Cedar Park
When: Friday 3 p.m.
Join the community at Live Oak for an afternoon celebration with face painting, popcorn, funnel cake, cotton candy, tie-dye and more. Guests are encouraged to bring their own drinks, games and food.

What: Celebration and same-sex marriages
Where: Central Presbyterian Church, 200 E. Eighth St.
When: 6 p.m.
(Updated 5:45 p.m.): Join the Central Presbyterian Church as members host a Texas for Marriage celebration and perform at least one wedding ceremony. Special guests will include Austin's Mayor Steve Adler, Gov. Kirk Watson and plaintiffs that took part in the ruling.

What: “The Birdcage” screening
Where: Alamo Drafthouse South Lamar, 1120 S. Lamar Blvd.
When: Saturday 12:15 a.m.
Enjoy a free screening of 1996’s “The Birdcage” which marked one of the first times Americans were exposed to a functioning same-sex partnership, featuring Robin Williams and Nathan Lane. What: SCOTUS Decision Day Party ATX
Where: Rain, 217 W. Fourth Street
When: Doors open 1 p.m. Friday
Starting at 1 p.m. Friday, Rain will open its doors and offer drinks at happy hour prices all day and night. After the event at the Central Presbyterian Church, head over to Rain’s after party SCOTUS Decision Day Party ATX, starting at 7 p.m. At 7:30 p.m., join the club for a rally on Fourth Street.

Where: Oilcan Harry's, 211 W. Fourth St.
When: 2 p.m. Friday – 2 a.m. Tuesday
In honor of the ruling and the 46th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots, Oilcan Harry's will start its weekend-long celebration at 2 p.m. Friday, charging 46 cents for every drink ordered.

When: 8 p.m. Friday – 2:25 a.m. Saturday
Tonight, the gay lounge and nightclub will host a free party with American electropop duo Hi Fashion. Before the band takes the stage, order celebratory $1 single wells and $2 shots and enjoy dance group 8 Count Crew’s performance and the Fierce Fab Friday show.

When: Friday 5 p.m. – 12 a.m., Saturday 5 p.m. – 1 a.m.
The Butterfly Bar is offering happy hour prices all weekend, as well as free champagne for couples who can present a marriage license dated Friday through Sunday. In honor of marriage equality, the bar will serve two new cocktails named The Ginsburg Gimlet and Love is Love.
