Makenna is a marketing sophomore from Fort Worth, Texas. Makenna has been a photographer for the Texan for three semesters, and has covered women’s basketball, the ATX Open, music, softball, and protests. In her free time, she enjoys exploring nature and attending every concert possible.
Ysa Mendoza, Associate Photo Editor
Ysa is a sophomore communication and leadership, journalism and government student from Edinburg, TX. After being in the photo department for four semesters as general and senior photographer, she recently joined the sports department as a general reporter. Ysa’s contributed visual coverage for a range of stories from ACL, a San Antonio Spurs game and multiple protests. In her spare time, Ysa is probably either running, hanging out with friends or still with a camera in her hand.
