Dockless scooter enthusiasts may be seeing a little less green on the streets of Austin. 

Around 25 people are involved with or have expressed interest in the process to get the association off the ground. Forming an association requires only paperwork and must be approved by the city.

Last Tuesday, 73 percent of Austin voters approved Proposition A, a $250 million affordable housing bond that represents a major step to combat Austin’s housing crisis, city experts said.
