(Update, 2 p.m.): Snoop Dogg, Weldon Angelos, and Mark Holden discussed the importance of criminal justice reform for the country and the system in general. Angelos, a former record producer, was sentenced to 55 years in prison for selling a pound and a half of marijuana.
